Our Founder
In loving memory of the visionary who built OSH Trainers
A man with vast experience. He put in 25 years of meritorious service with the Ministry of Health, Malaysia, of which 17 years was with the Teaching Division.
He was awarded the Excellent Service Certificate in 1992 for his dedication from the Ministry. He was involved as a trainer's trainer at NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health) for 1st Responder Occupational First Aid and CPR. He was also a partner and Training Director in Earthwin Emergency Academy for 4 years.
The following partially illustrates his career path in the past 50 over years:
- 19 years of tutoring in Sekolah Latihan Pembantu Perubatan, 7 years as Timbalan Pengetua. In charge of Post Intensive Care Accident and Emergency of Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar Seremban.
- 2 years of attachment to Accident and Emergency Departments of various Hospitals in London, U.K.
- Chief coordinator for Negeri Sembilan State CPR Committee.
- Committee member of the Ministry's National Trauma Life Support Training Team as Instructor and Examiner.
- Member of the Curriculum Development team for basic and advance courses for Medical Assistants of the Ministry of Health.
- Key member of the Curriculum Development team for Occupational First Aid & C.P.R for NIOSH. Associated with the Train the Trainers program in NIOSH.
- Selected by Terengganu Safety Training Centre as their trainer for Occupational First Aid.
- Trainer for Johor Skills and Knowledge Centre.
Mr. Rasadurai served voluntarily in various bodies and conducted numerous training programmes for the Malaysian Red Crescent Society, St. John Ambulance, Polis Diraja Malaysia, Jabatan Pendidikan and other Government and Private Organisations. Thousands of paramedics working around the country and abroad were tutored by Mr. Rasa.

Dato' Dr. Kantha Rasalingam

Dato' Dr. Kantha Rasalingam, a Consultant Neurosurgeon, earned his MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, India, in 1997. He completed his Neurosurgery Post Graduate exams in 2006 and has since practiced in Sabah and Kuala Lumpur Hospital, alongside limited private practice in Prince Court Medical Center, Kuala Lumpur. With a passion for spinal surgery, he's undergone numerous attachments and fellowships in Malaysia, Japan, and Korea. As President of the ASEAN Neurosurgical Society and Committee Member of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies, his contributions extend to organizing courses and congresses. Currently serving as Secretary of the Neurosurgical Association of Malaysia and an Examiner for Masters of Neurosurgery Exams, Malaysia, he also lectures at MAHSA and University Pertahanan Malaysia.

His responsibilities range from on-scene patient assessment to administering advanced treatments and monitoring patient condition en route to the hospital. Since 2009, he has been a dedicated trainer at OSH Trainers, specializing in First Aid and CPR, and transitioned to full-time training post-retirement in 2017. His exemplary skills have earned him recognition, including the Cemerlang Award for Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Accidents and Emergencies. Having retired as the Head of Accident and Emergency department at Hospital Port Dickson in 2017, Khairul continues to make a significant impact in healthcare training and preparedness.
