Arjo joined world leading Emirates Airlines in DUBAI (UAE) which is renowned for the world class service and safety standards where he rose to Cabin Manager and a Training Specialist.In his tenure at Emirates Airline (Dubai), he capitalized over 30 years of experience of being a Manager on-board and Training specialist, where he analyzed, mentored and performed performance appraisals based on human performance on-board flights. He was actively involved in training cabin crew and pilots on performance and safety related issues.Additionally, he was involved in training for Etihad Airline, Qatar Airline, Air Arabia, Fly Dubai and the Nigerian Presidential fleet. During this phase he realized his passion for training and he felt the need to educate himself to further his passion, so he did his Masters in Aviation Management (Australia) specializing in Human Factors and Diploma in Aviation Security (Australia), Train-the-Trainer, and other credentials along the line.Arjo evaluates Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design of courses, including adaptation and improvement of existing course material. This is to ensure programs remain relevant, accurate and can cater to the diverse learning styles of a multinational audience whilst maintaining focus on training objectives.

Arjo delivers key performance indicators to a consistently high standard. From a people perspective, Arjo engages with team members in a collaborative problem-solving manner in order to develop plans or resolve issues. He gains commitment to agreed plan or strategy, by logic or rationale. He communicates a clear, compelling picture for any desired direction or required business change. He effectively manages time and is able to simultaneously undertake numerous pressing priorities whilst constantly assessing his own performance and he continually critiques himself to seek improvement on his individual skill set. As an educator, Arjo has delivered open format and in-house training courses, workshops, simulations and webinars from a variety of domains. His main training programs include Human Factors, Crisis Resource Management, Enhanced Business Writing and Communication techniques, Collaborative Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Healthcare/Manufacturing Performance management and Soft Skills.
