Adrian is a seasoned consultant and trainer at Meta Minds International with extensive experience in management systems development, implementation, and consulting. His multifaceted background includes roles in purchasing, quality system administration, customer service, human resources, and corporate training, allowing him to blend seamlessly into various organizational cultures. Adrian’s expertise extends to developing and implementing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for multinational corporations and local conglomerates.
He holds a
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Management and a Master’s in
Management and Marketing from Honolulu University. Adrian is also a certified
lead auditor and implementer for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA
(Responsible Business Alliance), and a certified risk professional. His
qualifications include specialized training in purchasing management, safety
and health, scheduled waste management, ergonomics risk assessment, and GRI
Standards.
Adrian is a member of
the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Institute of Quality Malaysia
(IQM), and he has served at a regional consulting firm for several years. His
work spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive,
food processing, IT, and hospitality. Adrian’s guiding principle is to develop
practical, value-added solutions for clients, with a focus on quality,
environmental, and safety management systems, as well as soft skills
development.
